Origin: Cassabanana, also known as Sicana odorifera is a type of melon native to tropical South America. Our Cassabanana is grown here in South Florida.
Flavor Profile: It tastes similar to a melon with a hint of banana flavor.
How To Eat: They’re typically sliced open and eaten raw like a melon, but they can also be preserved in jam.
First come first serve, any orders that can’t be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
