Honey Jujube *Pre-Order*

***Honey Jujube is currently available for Pre-Order. When placing a Pre-Order, this means the fruit box you have ordered is not currently in season, or is extremely limited in season. Your pre-order holds your place in line on our wait list. When Honey Jujube comes into season and is ready to harvest from the trees, you will receive your order as soon as possible.***

Origin: Honey Jujube are ancient fruits that are native to China, where they are prized as a medicinal ingredient and a food source.

Flavor Profile: Honey Jujube also known as Chinese Date, is one of the juiciest and sweetest of all jujube varieties. It may be slightly smaller than other varieties, but it makes up for it in flavor. It becomes reddish brown when ripe and has the texture and flavor similar to a sweet apple.

How To Eat: Ready when the outer skin turns reddish brown.

First come first serve, any orders that can’t be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.

The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:

• Tester Box contains 2 pints
• Small Box contains 4 pints
• Large Box contains 8 pints

We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
